1. All first time clients must show Valid Identification and fill out a consent form.

2.  If you are under the age of 17, a parent or guardian must be present during your first service and must sign a waiver form before any services.

3. Same day appointments are available.

4. If you don’t leave a card on file when booking your appointment you must pay a deposit (will be added toward your service) to book.

5. There are absolutely NO Pictures or Videos allowed during the service.

6. Last minute cancellation for appointment and/or services will be charged a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee.

7. You have a 7 min grace period before your appointment is canceled and you are noted as a “No Show”.

8. $15 Late fee charge after 7 minute grace period.

9. If your appointment is CANCELED less than 24HRs from your confirmed  time or marked as a NO-SHOW, you will be charged a non- refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the total service.

10. For your convenience, your appointment is automatically rebooked, However if your appointment isn't confirmed by you within 24 hours of the new scheduled  date, the date  will not be promised.

11. Your card is only charged at the end of your service.

12. No show fee apply to Everyone (members /package clients included).

13.  Tips of 18%-20% are a suggested/appreciated and ONLY accepted in Cash, Zelle or Apple Pay. 14. NONE of our packages, memberships or services are refundable.
