Pre Wax Tips:
-Do NOT shave/nair for at least 1-2 weeks before your wax appointment.
-Try to avoid waxing a week before your menstrual, during "PMS" your body is extra sensitive.
-Exfoliate the morning of your wax to get the best results.
-(Optional) Take an Advil or Alieve 30 min to 1 hour prior to wax.
Post Wax Tips:
-Do Not workout right after your wax.
-Use Sulfate/Film Free products.
-Exfoliate when hairs are starting to grow back (about 2 weeks after wax) 2-3 times per week.
-Hydrate the area with lightweight oils.
